How do I know which FSSAI licence I need?
Your FSSAI category is set by your annual turnover and where you operate. Under ₹1.5 crore turnover you need Basic Registration; ₹1.5 crore to ₹50 crore within one state needs a State Licence; above ₹50 crore, or if you import/export or operate in multiple states, you need a Central Licence.
What if my turnover is near the limit?
