What documents are needed for an FSSAI licence?
At minimum you need a photo ID and address proof of the applicant, a passport photo, proof of the business premises, and the list of food products you handle. State and Central licences also need Form B, a unit layout, and a food-safety management plan; importers and exporters additionally need an Import-Export Code (IEC).
