Who needs FSSAI Central Licence?
A Central Licence is required once single-state turnover crosses ₹50 crore, and also — regardless of turnover — for importers, exporters and 100% export-oriented units, e-commerce food operators, nutraceutical / health-supplement / proprietary and other non-specified food businesses, 5-star and above hotels, units operating in more than one state (multi-state head office), and businesses on airport, seaport, railway or Central Government premises.
